1: After big bang, the formula for accuracy is:
Magic Accuracy = INT + (LUK * 1.2)

(However, they are apparently changing the accuracy formula again, and the details are not in yet)
(Edit: not even sure if they are even changing formula for accuracy, but rather the formula that uses accuracy to determine hit rate)
So you don't need to add luk for accuracy after BB, you only need it (maybe) to equip stuff. I say maybe because my AM has 4 base luk but over 100 total luk at the moment from various equips and %all stat bonuses.
2: supposedly yes, but I'll believe it when I start seeing AM's not shunned from bossing.
