what would be the option for most bang for the buck. i can save up, i was planning to get SE30 or MW20 then get a HT pendant but any ideas?
if the overall is high base str (6-7) then you good, however if its not, try to get 28-30 total stat overall, its the only thing in there that screams UPGRADE MEEEE.
after that save for your skills and after, go for HT pendant. remember BM dont get MW till 15x so forget about MW 20 for now, you might get to earn it later on.
