I'm pretty sure he's saying that DoT doesn't go in when you spam paralyze. Paralyze resets DoT timing when it's cast, and since it's faster than the DoT itself, the DoT can't take affect. Currently, it you just spam paralyze, none of the DoT can affect the mob, even if the DoT was from someone else (ex: thief's venom)
