Mages can't ignore pdr rate in any way, can they?

I/Ls are quite ahead of F/Ps considering the restructuring patch. From what I remember the monster would need to have about 50 MDRate for the F/P to become equal.

Yeah, that seems a bit too high of a MDRate. I would assume somewhere around 25-30. I figured they were more on par than that. Restructuring isn't done, is it? It's only had one patch (to my knowledge).
