I'd still like clarification on this, but anyways.
2nd+ Max Slash Storm, Self Haste, Shadow Resistance, 16 spare points for Booster, Dark Sight.
3rd Max Tornado Spin, Flash Jump, 1 Upper Stab
3rd+ Max Flying Assaulter, Mirror Image, Advanced Dark Sight, Bloody Storm, Vital Steal, +19 Upper Stab, 20 Owl Dead, 5 Flash Bang. 27 spare points.
Fatal Blow is useless in training. It hardly out-DPSes Triple Stab. It doesn't out-DPS Slash Storm. It's too slow. It's single target. Go back and get more Booster and Dark Sight.
Tornado Spin and Flash Jump gives you all your mobility. Monsters won't live particularly long enough to use Upper Stab's throw damage, but its speed is useful.
Flying Assaulter is your primary attack. Bloody Storm scales really poorly in that the DPS is lower even when maxed and is only useful for its high mob count and ability to quickly chain from Flying Assaulter. Mirror Image should give a bigger damage boost now so get that instead. Advanced Dark Sight is awesome ballerness so get that after since it's not as big of a guarantee increase in damage compared to Mirror Image. Vital Steal in my eyes isn't too good. It has a chance to steal a % of health, so it's unreliable unlike Drain, Vampire, Combo Drain etc. Upper Stab should help training more than anything else at this point. Owl Dead is more useful than Flash Bang. Flash Bang is important for bossing. 27 spare points go wherever. 1 Phantom Blow out-DPSes Chains of Hell and is faster, therefore more useful. The speed lets you proc more Vital Steals and Advanced Dark Sights. I honestly don't think Chains of Hell has any use anymore unless there's invincibility frames to abuse.
tl;dr Fatal Blow and Chains of Hell suck.
