Skill books from Zakum stay. All other skills except Hero's Will are given to you, so no more questing for skills (except Hero's Will).
That...kinda sounds like it sucks to be honest. I enjoyed doing quests for 4th job skills, although the only 4th job char I have is a Sair so I guess I can't talk.
