Requesting a Third Job Chief Bandit build (Post Big Bang, of course)

I'd rather max shield mastery (or 8 points, whatever the number's supposed to be) over Chakra. Shield mastery doesn't have to be activated to help you out, unlike Chakra. Outside of dojo, how often are you going to be using Chakra?

I used it quite a bit in KMST, actually. Despite the slowness of the skill, it saves a lot of potions. I used it quite a bit in the Shadower build I had from KMST. Defense doesn't really mean shiet... I don't know which way to go there.
