Accuracy Changed Again?

anyone here know what is the new acc and def?

Patch notes say it was changed.
Unfortunately, the accuracy formula is not something that can be extracted. It needs to be either disassembled (from the client executable) or reverse-engineered (by feeding the client carefully controlled character and mob stats and seeing how often it generates a hit, as opposed to a miss).

Reading is such a wonderfull thing.
