Anyone crashing more after the windows 7 fix patch?

After the patch finished i didn't crash at all but then i started to crash alot anyone else crashing alot after this patch or is it just me?
Whenever im going through portals the graphics mess up and the map loses some animations and then i crash, or i just randomly crash whenever i log, im wondering if this is because of my graphic card, GTX 460 :L.

MS handles graphic memory in an odd way as far as I know in W7. Someone else can explain the technical details behind it. I have a GTX 260 but I'm on XP and have no issues, so I'm pretty sure its an OS problem, not a GFX Card problem. Make sure you have the lastest Nvidia driver.
