North-Korea has attacked South-Korea

In Korean War, there would be inscrutable amount of civilian victims in just few hours.

South-Korea didn't answer to the yesterdays strike using their military. According to Juha-Antero Puistola this is cause full-scale attacks would be considered as declaration of war to the North, which South-Korea can't afford.

- North-Korea has announced, that it could turn Seoul into sea of flames, if full-scale war would begin. And this is not questioned. North-Korea has their weapons aimed the way, that thousands and thousands of shots could be shot straight to South-Korea. And therefore casualties to South would be a catastrophe and many civilians would be killed.

And that is why Puistola believes, that South-Korea will try to prevent full-scale war as long as they can.

So the moment US and SK will invade North-Korea, Seoul will already be destroyed.
