As far as I know, neither Korea has done anything since last night. Just nKorea being crazy again. I am a little curious about what will happen if / when nKorea does something stupid and goes too far.
I was watching one of those streams linked on page one (first 100 post) and someone said nKorea's army was more modernized because they live around war, but I might have miss heard. "Militarized" would fit the context pretty well. The point he was trying to make is that nKorea could go to war on the drop of a pin, while sKorea could not.
