North-Korea has attacked South-Korea

North Korea is falling apart. I wouldn't be surprised if once Kim dies that a united effort between Japan, South Korea, and other nations of that area all jump on North Korea and end the regime there. I wouldn't blame China for helping the rest out if they did just to make themselves have a good image of being "friendly" to western interests. And yes, I know about Japan's self-defense only statutes, but then again, what better defense than an offense when the country is in turmoil?
