Is it really that bad? Is communism so strongly enforced?

You'd have to ask Kalovale since he actually lives there. I used to live there since I was 8, but then going back during the Summer (21 years old now), it seems different to my eyes now. I can't really say. However, I must say that I don't like the way they handle things. S`hit builds up on the roads, and they'll claim that they'll fix it, but they just barricade the outside and don't do sh`it to fix the roads. Also why they get a lot of traffic over there. That and there's no road signs or anything, no lines, etc. People drives on the sidewalks ffs.
