Does mage's spells follow those formulas?What I mean is they can reach faster(2) by use spell booster and SI?(as my knowledge,spells are unaffected by SI)

Magic cast speed is Normal (6) regardless of what weapon you are using. Booster changes it to Fast (4). SI does not affect magic cast speed, I don't know if Yellow Aura does.
