So you have the security protocol configured properly, both routers lose wireless net.
Is the Comcast modem old?
You unplug and replug the routers only? Or the modem as well? Do you do that until they are synced right?
This is a tricky one since it's just your wireless going out. If the ethernet based internet works fine when the wireless goes out, that rules out the Comast modem as a problem. Means the routers aren't working. I'm guessing both are up to the latest firmware or custom firmware, right?
Routers crapping out for no apparent reason is quite common.
If your connection keeps timing out around the same time, it sounds like your lease time expires around that time.
Run cmd.exe and type in IPCONFIG /ALL and check your lease time.
