Russia is in decay from the Cold war.
If China attacks the West, they lose almost all of their trading partners. The economic depression is not worth North Korean trust.
If North Korea does any more stupid things, they will find themselves out gunned 20 to 1.
Unless you live in Japan or near the DMZ, I would not be afraid.
