Fastest leveling Cygnus Knight post-BB?

Atm, before restructuring and post-BB, I'd say Soul Masters and Strikers. After the restructuring, it seems that Soul Masters are taking a hit because 1) they're getting soul driver mixed with brandish and 2) soul driver is getting nerfed. Before 3rd, I'd say that Soul Masters level slightly faster, and after 3rd Strikers level faster, so you kind of just got to choose which you'd rather play.
