Thanks for answering,but I have one more question.Can cannon achieve the fastest speed "faster(2)"?=>780*(10 + 2)/16=585ms .
Faster(2) remains the fastest even in post-BB?(As my knowledge,faster(2) is the fastest,right?)

Yes it can. I've tested it with level 11 SI and cannon was a lot faster.
