780 ms means 780 ms with a Normal (6) weapon. Booster effectively makes your weapon 2 stages faster, so a Fast (5) gun would be attacking at Faster (3) speed.

780*(10 + 3)/16 = 633.75 -> Cannon fire rate is 630 ms. Sometimes you have to round the other way; dunno, game is weird.

Thanks for answering,but I have one more question.Can cannon achieve the fastest speed "faster(2)"?=>780*(10 + 2)/16=585ms .
Faster(2) remains the fastest even in post-BB?(As my knowledge,faster(2) is the fastest,right?)
