I have one question-
Corsair's skill-Battleship Cannon has 780ms delay.Does it means delay 780ms is fix?
Can it be nerfed(reduced) by speedl booster or weapon?
Like bowmaster skill hurricane has 120ms,I know its delay is all the same and cannot be changed with any skill or weapon
