Personally this doesn't really bother me much since from my experience the use of a quest isn't always that dependent on its level. Quests that give scrolls and open up content are good to do no matter what your level is. Quests that give equips are usually useful only for the level at which you get them (excluding some equips). Then there are the quests that make you scream at your computer and give you 5 cure pots which have never been worth it. So really if you aren't some quester or a former quest king like me you'll still have to ask around or look up about what quests are worth doing and what aren't.
