It is still up, up attack to activate. I never really had trouble activating it when I wanted to play with it for fun, and the people in the videos seem to use it just fine.

Since this discussion is clearly entirely subjective to playstyle let me add one thing that makes Toss better...

The ability to kill idlers! Nothing is more fun than tossing skeles up at people who think they're safe. And MapleStory is already lacking in fun.

I guess I really value those invincibility frames more than successive damage. I'm okay with taking a few extra hits to kill something if it's not hitting me. Especially given Aran's shitty HP.
