Um... I don't recommend using 2h weapons. And none of the 1h weapons use dex.
Even if you did want to use the ST post-BB, and need 60 base dex, your stat build should look like this:
Having dex = 2x level is absolutely idiotic and will make you 30% weaker for no reason. Honestly bold isn't enough to stress how stupid I think that build is. It's basically saying "lol, my character's too strong, I'm not gonna add str".
