It's the clearest, most concise way to say

You're perfectly right. Our "customer service" works against the customers and not with them. And guess what? We have no intention of changing that! We provide the game you're addicted to, so we own you. We don't need to invest a single cent in friendly customer service people, or software for documenting infringements, or anything you suggested. Because you will take whatever we dish out and keep giving us your time and money.
