Another reason why powergaurd needs a rework. It isnt going to reflect anything worthwhile a huge majority of the time especially for pallies. i say just give heros and pallies some new skill.
oh snap. got it. Strong Legs. Passive speed/jump/stance increase.
better than powerguard. yet within reason.
