I wouldn't recommend going FA-less either. But IF you go hybrid then you should also go FA-less. You will need those 30 sp. And once you get brandish then FA quickly become obsolete. lvl 40-120 without FA is no big deal. Training is so much faster with new maps as well as items/equips. Not to mention 2exp cards...
*I would more strongly recommend not going hybrid in the first place.
