As a former quest king, I don't really see much of a problem other than the fact the number should be a bit higher.
You have to accept that others just aren't interested in quests to begin with, so they'd want an indicator of what's worth it for them.
Not everyone is aiming for 1200+ on the quest specialist listing.
On the other hand, I would prefer to see an indication of a level cap on quests 5 levels in advance since that in my mind is far more practical. But again, this varies from person to person.
