I wouldn't recommend going hybrid fighter/sader/hero. But IF you were going hybrid then i would strongly recommend going FA-less. That will save you 30 sp to redistribute. Also, you should think about going rageless (another 20 sp saved).
There aren't any clear situations that favor an axe over sword or vice versa as in the case of spear and polearms, and even hybrid dks have limitations with when it's better to use a polearm after they move out of himes.
