evolving rings stackable?

My ring still would not upgrade. And yes, I took it off. Also dropped the activated ticket, got a new inactivated one, waited an hour, got text in Korean in my chatbox, went back to Gaga, he said happily that I've opened the box and he will now upgrade my ring - and nada.

I did what you did but I used the old ticket from yesterday instead of getting a new one. My results were the same as yours. No upgrade made.
