You can talk about how this isn't properly balanced, or how they will probably make some more changes to the skill values. Just accept those numbers and stop suggesting that "visual data" can somehow change anything. Nexon has implemented poorly balanced skills into official versions and left them there for years before. I don't see why one unbalanced test server value is causing so much doubt.

That was then and this is now. Nexon made many leaps and bounds since bb came around and they're not going to let skill balancing slip through their fingers again and then have to fix it all up later.It's best to fix it now and work on other content later.
