Your comparing apples and oranges with Strafe and hurricane because theres absolutely NO comparison there. Hurricane is a key down skill and strafe is not and from level 1 hurricane outright destroys strafe. Oh gee I don't know Joe could it be, level, combat orders, equips, INT, buffs etc?
This is like saying you don't agree that Hurricane is better than Strafe at level 1 until you see it. It's a mathematical proof. If you don't want to accept it, I hope you realise that means you're an idiot.
