[Module] The Restructuring | Aran/Evan skills

DPS-wise Evans are still underpowered, even if their skills are faster than other classes'. Ghost Lettering is their strongest single target and it's weaker than an EWand boosted Chain Lightning.

It's still Tespia one I'm sure illusion and maybe blaze willbe fixed. And in Reality Illusion doesn't look bad. People are freaking otu about it but it really does NOT look bad at all.

EDIT: Isay this because look at the videos present. They're level 12x videos not even above 125. You can't really expect anything showing about a level 12x character. Wait till higher leveled videos come out THEN judge how this looks. From what I see the speed on Illusion is really making up for lost damage and even then the damage looks no where near bad. Skill was probably level 1 and they were still pulling about about 30k at rapid speed.
