[Module] The Restructuring | Aran/Evan skills

Even though some of their skills are fast, DPS-wise Evans are still underpowered. Ghost Lettering is their strongest single target and it's weaker than an EWand boosted Chain Lightning.

Part of the problem is they get Magic Flare at 5x and Dragon Thrust at 6x. No other job will have the speed or power to compete at that level, especially since Dragon Thrust can force monsters together like that, denying much more easily than other characters attacking.

They could use some boost late game, perhaps, but they also have a significant magic attack advantage over regular magicians.
