Apparently, it was released with the last patch and I missed it.

You remember him, right? You sure do! It's the 5th Grandmaster of the JMS CWKPQ. Looks like they really ran out of ideas for Masteria, and, just to make us feel we're getting more Masteria stuff, they added it in the PQ. Actually, I don't even know if it was added to the PQ or not, but one thing is sure: it's in the data. And if it is, they probably added it to the PQ as well.

Shouldn't be. MV was the boss of the Mal Volence PQ, it was more or less Guy Fawkes.
