Your retort seems to be not relevant to the point I'm trying to make. You're under two different assumptions, assuming, it isn't a mistranslation and wasn't applied, would imply they only intervined on one skill? This under my assumption that was the only thing specifically changed. VS my assumption of which a mistranslation led to a change based on the translation. Considering Sacrifice is one out of two skills I believe that has 100% no PDR rate, it sounds more likely in that aspect.
Though this is all under the assumption KMS doesn't have this change, and just GMS tespia? Maybe that's where our miscommunication lies because from what I'm aware and can't seem to find, sacrifice change is only GMST based.
