The only person doing it right in this thread is Daku, the rest of you are homosexuals.

I would love to have just plain pink, but it doesn't go well with the forum background. I'd love to have navy, but that's pretty bland when the original color is already blue.

So I have to put a glow, otherwise my name clashes with the background. But I agree that the glows do look pretty awkward, and I'd rather not have them. If I could put my own hex code, I'd pick a shade of pink that looks nice on the background alone, but we have a limited list of colors to pick from.

Would you have preferred if I used my user title's color scheme instead? That was another combination I was planning to work with.
