Godly? Not even. Manbags (Leather Purses) have an average of 34 attack. Their full range is 30-38, which would be one better then the lunchbox if it has a perfect attack. It is a 1h bw, but that makes little difference.
The only good thing about them is that they don't need any STR compared to ManBags so DEX islanders could really go pure DEX and not miss out on a leather purse in the earlier levels.
Although missw3etooth might go for the level 60 one (she's currently 51 and shows no sign of stopping XD ), she would be the only one even remotely close, and even then, that's probably a good 300 hours of grinding (rough estimate of 30 some hours per level) just to reach it.
