All Fiel said was that they are one of a kind so you can't have more then one. They *MIGHT* be tradable, although items that are usually one of a kind and an equip are rarely that.
But why would they expire? Put all of the work into them *look at my post on the extraction thread for my guesses* just to lose them? Heck no.
It will probably be like the Maple Hats. Anyone can get them, but they'll stay event only.
I'm just hoping the admin gives the quest so islanders can get the level 20 one.
