...Which brings me to my next point. Is there any way you can make the refund 100%? I mean, with the SouthPerry Points, I can see there being a refund rate of being 50%, but with the paid-for points, it seems weird to have it less than 100% - especially if you screw up like I did. lol
Say an XBOX, PS3, and Wii all cost the same price.
Guy plays Wii for a month. He gets bored. He exchanges his Wii for an XBox. Plays that for 2 months. Gets bored. Exchanges that for a PS3.
He's not paying any additional money for them.
Get my drift?
