4. Should you use this product, how long would you have it on?
If it has to be plugged into the car battery, not very long since I don't like idling engines. If it was something that had to be plugged into an outlet, I'd have no use for it since the outlets that would be a reasonable distance away from the car are in the garage. Frost doesn't form in the garage.
5. Would you consider buying the product described above?
Probably not.
