Pirate summons strike again!

I have max slow on my FP and it is actually pretty useful when I was playing it. I can only assume -80 will be even better. It'll also make things easier to KB as with -40, paralyze barely kept HH in place and it usually came closer very slowly.

Pretty sure besides movement speed, attacks come off slower too, kind of like in hob pq where you attack slower when you're at 0% speed

The Hob PQ freeze explicitly says that it makes you attack slower in addition to moving slower, if it's the same one you get in the maps leading up to the water that revives Shammos.

It'll look great hanging next to my no-life medal
