Some pretty good ideas have been posted, they have led me to a greater idea...
Make every town have an instanced dungeon. Like the Ellinia Dungeon, the Orbis Dungeon, Ariant Dungeon... they could be more creative with names.
What's in these dungeons? Imagine they're like Party Quests, except you don't need a party. Maybe a few dungeons would need you to have at least 2 people, but the idea is that you could solo at least 90% of them.
Now, Party Quests are really dumb. Kill stuff, get tickets, kill more stuff, drop items on floor, kill stuff, mini jumping quest, kill stuff...
Since instanced dungeons are single player, they can be a little more mind challenging. I mean like Zelda games, you need to get keys, find a map, open up ways to continue, solve puzzles... Remember that Aran quest where you have to walk through the fake wall? Imagine a dungeon with things like that all the time. Imagine the Aquarium Dungeon, maybe you'd have to flood certain rooms in order to continue, hit switches, have streams push you away from the next room, so you have to change the course of the stream, etc...
You'd also need to be certain level to access them. Henesys Dungeon can be done at level 10, Orbis Dungeon at level 50, Temple of Time Dungeon at level 140, etc...
The rewards should be GOOD exp for finishing the dungeon, and maybe different random item prize depending on the dungeon. Also, you can only do a dungeon once a day. So you'd have to decide if you wanna do Perion or Ludi today, and it wouldn't drive people away from normal training and the regular game. It would just be an awesome thing to do once a day.
