If charges give 100% element damage at early levels then i'd agree that that does sound interesting. Im not sure if that's the case though but prior to BB, even without CB discharging this wouldn't be ideal simply because of how drastic a damage increase fire charge gave, from both the increased fire element as well as the increase in skill damage.
at minimum CB would have to be at least lvl 11 before id imagine it seeing some use - thats when it outdamages slashblast and hits 3 targets, which is reasonable.
as for alternate skills after fire charge / CB - anyone consider Combat Orders? Since i plan to abuse COs' +2 to all unmaxed skills (all useful-but-unneccessary skills at 8/18) i think id rather do that as long as theres plenty of fire weak monsters for me to train on (and once i hit gallos at 94 im set unless they fix them appropriately)
