From a business standpoint, for every ban Nexon hands out, another new player begins the game. Actually, it's probably a lot more than one, because the game continues to grow despite the massive number of bans.. but whatever. I think this is how they see it and they hire people for customer relations and customer service positions that see things this way as well, instead of people who really want to help the players resolve their problems and investigate further into possible errors with Nexon's own systems. They don't hire people (or enough of them) that want to understand things from the player's side of the story, either. Pretty typical for a game company these days, maybe they do hire those kinds of people, but give them too high a workload and they don't have time to do it properly. :/

On another note, I don't think a ban was necessary for that poster even from a reputation standpoint for Nexon, but something like that could very easily be seen as purely disrespectful. Especially to someone who only scanned over it without really reading it, which we all suspect GMs to do with tickets.. why not with topics? It was full of sarcasm and analogies that could be considered exaggerated. Simply put, it wasn't careful enough. I'm intrigued that Hime left the topic there for the viewing, and I wonder if anyone else on the staff will take notice of it as a result.. I doubt it, but it's something to hope for, ya?
