GMST Class Testing

Is Power Guard the same or has it changed to be based off accuracy?

I'm in the process of testing a hero. And first thing is Power Guard finally does require some kind of accuracy.

Tested at lvl 34 on Lucidas (lvl 54): couldn't hit them.
@ lvl 34 at Jr. Lucidas (50): always hits them.

I'm guessing, has to be within 20 levels (i.e have at least 1% hitrate) to hit?

The reflected Damage shows up as 1 always, though it's obviously more.

I have yet to find anything to contradict that hypothesis.
