I'd love to GM a game. <3 I think the best GMs are the ones who actually play the games they GM for actively and experience the game with their fellow gamers. They're considered customer relations GMs, but most of the CR GMs don't play the games they GM for, and can't do a very good job.
I was offered one of these positions by a far less massive company than Nexon, but couldn't take the job due to lack of transportation (some time ago, sadly). ;-;
Pardon my semi-offtopic bit to follow, but..
I think it would be a very interesting and potentially smart move if Nexon were to hire in-game "Moderators" (not GMs, this would be a step down) to "police" the game to a point, with a small amount of pay and perhaps some benefits. A GM has a lot more on their plate than just dealing with the players, holding events, and responding to tickets (at least, they act like they do). So..
