Just posting to confirm that Combat Orders applies to every 1st/2nd/3rd job skill except itself. So my Paladin's build is gonna look something like "18 in PS, 18 in SB, etc.".
It doesn't work well with HP Boost though. Like, weird things happen.
To be less vague...
If you have level 8 HP Boost, and cast CO, your HP doesn't change. (9677)
When you switch to a different map, your HP sees the new max. (10011)
When CO is cancelled, your HP doesn't decrease. (still 10011, no CO)
When you recast CO, your HP does decrease. (back to 9677, with CO)
