Need Help Downloading Tespia Faster

Well, that's Verizon for you. Complete pomegranate.
And the downloading speed is about 200 KB/s.
I don't really download a lot of things on the internet besides music, and music is pretty fast for me.

Not sure.
Probably not the only one downloading.
I'm using a DSL router through a wireless laptop.
I'll run a virus scan right now, brb.
