If there is only one source for the Tespia version, you could very well be fighting others for bandwidth. If you don't have patience, leave the download on overnight if all else fails.
It would help to know what kind of internet you have, as well as the advertised speed.
I'm downloading it right now, 1 hour left.
I'm using Verizon DSL internet.
