This, I completely agree with.
I made a thread on their forums pointing that issue out. I've tried sending a feedback report about it, but sadly the bug/feedback reports database is down for some reason (probably some dumbass spamming, as they don't seem to have a limit for daily reports).
Hopefully they'll do something about it, as 10 days of Tespia aren't already enough for Big Bang (already found well over 30 bugs). If we also have to job advance ourselves, that'll take a lot of time away from testing.
